What to expect
This isn't a lecture. It's a physical experience, guided by English audio.
We start by testing your balance. Where does your body brace? Where does it give way?
A short, clear explanation of what samurai understood about the body — and why it still matters today.
Your instructor makes one specific adjustment. Nothing complicated. Nothing painful.
We run the same test again. Almost everyone notices the change immediately — without being told what to feel.
The session ends here — and that's perfectly complete on its own.
But if you love how your body feels, an optional lesson is available. You'll learn how to recreate this alignment on your own, bring it into daily life, and even share it with family and friends back home.
